Cents On Cass

Thursday, August 31st, 2006

Listening To : Cassie - Long Way To Go

This is another of my two cents entry about stuffs that doesn’t really concern me.
Today’s will be about Cassie. The singer of Me & You.

First thought that came to my mind when I heard the single months ago on youtube I thought this track was sexy. Perfect for a dance, and the video that I’ve watched was a dancing vid with amazing moves.

I downloaded the track and never really bother to find out who’s the singer or download her video.
That is of course until it was released officially on radio and tv. I thought she was hot.
But she can’t sing. The whole song’s just flat. Her second single, Long Way To Go is exactly the same.

Like Sundae said, if it wasn’t for her looks, she might not go anywhere.

Then today I felt free and googled for her website, there isn’t one except for her official myspace page, which she maintain by herself. After that, all I can think off is that she’s damn real for an international artist. If I didn’t know she was a singer, I’d thought she’d be a normal blogger.

So in conclusion, she’s not bad as a person, not a good singer but too hot to be in Pussycat Dolls. Ahaks.

edit //
okay. my bad, she has one. Lovecassie.com
but it’s empty and leads you back to her blog. lol

Merdeka Ke-49 3108

Thursday, August 31st, 2006

Independence Day is the national day of Malaysia commemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya from British colonial rule. In a wider context, it is to celebrate the formation of Malaysia.

Straight out of the wikipedia, bitches!

I spent my Merdeka Eve at Tunestone, Klang. Was there to support Every Fallen Thursday’s first gig.
If you’re thinking “Fallen Who?“, that’s Sundae’s band.
They’re new, they had their first gig and it was considered good for their first despite the gang’s confessions of mistakes after their slot.

Pathetic really. Smirks.

The pictures will be up when I feel like having them uploaded. I took a bunch since it was boring there.
There were unfriendly malays all around so all I did was sit in one of the jamming rooms.

Today also happens to be Blog Day.
The website is not working at this moment, so visit it later.
I’m to tag in conjunction with Blog Day.

Wished I was this patriotic.

Oh My Lorness

Monday, August 28th, 2006

Somebody shoot me now.
Right between my eyebrows now please.

I just found out former member of my all time favourite pop band *Nsync, Lance Bass is gay. Don’t be wrong, I’m not against being gay or gays, is just that I’ve never guessed this day would come.

He was like one of the cute ones in the band. The innocent looking one. Yes, kinda gay sometimes but how would I know years later he’s going to be admitting he’s gay and he’s going out with Amazing Race’s Reichen Lehmkuhl. I have no idea who’s that by the way but read the wiki page.

This is categorized under emoness also because this news is emo.

I Am..

(i took them twice. it’s amazingly different after only 2 different answer)

minishorts of minishorts.net

You are outgoing, direct, smart, pretty, and a definite go-getter. You are frank, a little too frank perhaps that sometimes you get on people’s nerves and make them very upset. If people attack you, you hit back with triple the force without blinking because you are the kind of person who knows exactly what you are talking about or else you wouldn’t talk about it. Your quick-thinking is what makes you special. You are an elitist.

OR

Lainie Yeoh of tabulas.com/~lainie

You are funny, smart, experimental, sarcastic and artistic. You can be mean and obnoxious if you want to but most the time you’re just a soft, romantic and sentimental person. Come to think of it, you are kinda like a durian - hard and thorny on the outside, but soft and sweet (not smelly) on the inside. You’re always getting into trouble whether you like it or not. Your friends play a big part in your life and rightfully so because you’ll never give up an opportunity to help them out if they ask. You are the life of the party.

Which Malaysian Blogger Are You?
and which one you think is more accurate? LOL.

1st Year Anniversary

Friday, August 25th, 2006

No. I’m not married, stupid.

Today’s when Sundae and me got together 1 year ago.
Hopefully everything works out.
Cause I hate important dates not being memorable.
It’s such a crime.

Do not wanna be disappointed.

Before publishing this entry, I searched through my archives for any entries that’s titled “anniversary”. None popped up which is weird because I remember I blogged about that before.

If time’s right, I might be changing to another theme for I’m sick of this blue. So damn sick.

Felix Sucks

Thursday, August 24th, 2006

(you had better read again because i sat here adding and deleting the whole entry)

I’m finally back home. Happily typing away on my keyboard.
You have no bloody idea how unlucky we were going to Kelantan.
I called it our “technical sui-ness”.

First of all, the bus seats we had was fucking shitty.
It was the last seats and we couldn’t adjust the seats to lean back.
So the 5 hour journey was very uncomfortable. First sign of unluckiness

When we arrive, which was around 4am in the morning.
My dad picked us up only to go a little than 100m before his car spoiled.
The engine died out on us. Luckily there was a good samaritan who stopped to give us a lift. Second sign of unluckiness.

Of course since dad’s car ended up in the workshop, I have no transport to the only cyber cafe there is in Gua Musang.
Everybody stayed inside since the weather there is super hot after noon.
The routine we had there was simple.
Eat, watch tv, and sleep.

I’ve honestly got so fat that I lost my body shape.
I look like I’m bloody 3 months pregnant.
I hate my metabolism rate.
Why can’t I be tall like Michy? Then, I’d still look good even if I got fat because people will only see the tallness.
Now, I’m just what Mei Kuan always tease me as, short and plump. Kanneh.

Tommy and I checked into a hotel in front of my dad’s place since dad’s place have no more rooms with air cons.
Everything was fine until we went into the toilet. The door cannot be locked. The flush looks as if it might break if you use force. The bar broke.

The TV has only one channel.
Thank gord for it was Astro,
and they had all channels including MTV.
Dad’s place didn’t.

This is absolutely the third sui-ness.

Staying with dad means having good food all the time.
We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights,
and every single day (not night) we have those chinese dinner.
Big fish, vegetables, chicken, egg.
The bill are usually over RM70 and the 3rd day’s dinner was RM115.
Besides dinner, dad got us durians.
Gua Musang’s durians are really good, fyi.
So worth the money paid.
For the whole trip, we had 26 durians.
It cost dad about RM700 - RM800 for the durians.

On the 3rd day, I found a mini cyber cafe with only 4 computers hidden away in a small part of Gua Musang.
I went back there twice and both times the computers were all taken.
I thought this as the fourth sign of unluckiness, nevermind what you think.

The last sign and the worst was on our departing day.
Halfway (well not really since we were still in Kelantan) back,
the train broke down. Overheard some of the passengers saying that the wheels of the train broke.
That explained the very loud piang sound we heard minutes before.
We were stucked at the same spot from 3.30am to 7am. Almost 4 hours.
So we reached KL Sentral at 12.30 ish. 5 hours behind schedule.
This trip back was 15 hours long.
I could have reach Australia by plane in 13.

I swear my butt went numb.

Calling Out

Saturday, August 19th, 2006

Listening To : Jamie Scott - Made

Finally got that player to work.
Since my host do not allow audio files to be stored in my storage.
I’d have to use Filelodge which is alright.
Do enjoy to what I am enjoying to.

I hate Kelantan.
Scheduled to leave tomorrow night.
Gonna be there for 4 days and 3 nights.
There will be nothing to do except craving for potatoe wedges from KFC which happens to be the only fastfood restaurant there in Gua Musang.

Refer to this entry you all new readers.
I’ve bitched like a whore before.

I haven’t even pack and I’m going out tomorrow morning.
Vivien will be taking care of Heidi for me which is really nice of her.
Gwen said she might take care of Heidi for one day if possible.

Speaking of Heidi, she recently got vaccinated and microchipped.
You should have been there, she screamed (in her way) like mad.
That microchipping needle as thick as a fucking pencil lead.
I think I found out what type of breed is she mixed with.
A Shih Tzu (dad) and a American Cocker Spaniel (mom)

Mom recognized the breed of Heidi’s mom when we visited The Pet Family the other day. I forgotten what was the name but am 90% sure its a American Cocker Spaniel

Glaring Red

DO YOU WANNA KNOW HOW BLOODY MUCH I HATE DOTA?
VERY BLOODY MUCH, THAT’S IT.

I hate it when my boyfriend or friends play.
I hate it when they forget things.
I hate it when they don’t reply me when I call.
I hate it when they say they’d stop playing, they don’t.

No wait, I hate it especially when my boyfriend plays.
Suck balls.

When I have the time to call and chat, he bloody tells me he’s in a fucking cyber cafe and ask me to call him back every 30 fucking minutes because he’ll be playing. It’s not my fucking fault I don’t have phone to call earlier and before my dance class. It’s my evil deed for transfering money from Wei Guan’s phone to call him. Might as well just save that right.

Bloody hell.

FUCK YOU DOTA
FUCK YOU W.C.G.

I don’t give 6 fucks if you offer prizes with big amount of money in it.

Bod

Friday, August 18th, 2006

Burger at 2am.
How in the world am I gonna have a toned and slim bod?
Somebody shout at me, please.

I’m planning to stop breakdancing class.
It’s so boring. Not that I’m good.
I just don’t like breakdancing anymore.
It doesn’t have the umph to make my hair stand anymore.
Krumping does.

but decisions are not made yet.

I hate making hard decisions.
Right now, I’m deciding whether I should volunteer as a performer for the Fespic Games.
If I do, first practise will be on 27th Aug (Sunday).
From then onwards, every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be practise.
Saturdays from 6 - 10pm. Sundays from 9am - 3pm.
10 hours each weekend.

I’d feel like I did something important and worthy if I join d’oh.
The feeling’s always pleasant.
If I don’t join, I have time for movies. outings. parties. gigs. boyfriend. etc.

See the win and lost?

Pupus

Sunday, August 13th, 2006

Bah kut teh at 4am is no good.
Thinking of having spaghetti at 3.30am is bad.

I’ve watched The Devil Wears Prada till the last scene.
Pirated DVDs, what do you expect?
Was so bloody excited to watch the movie and right after Andrea quits her million-girls-would-die-for job and goes for an interview, the bloody movie ended that.
I’ll bloody stop complaining for it’s my own fault for being to anxious to buy that RM 8 piece of junk.

Just checked and found out Step Up will only be showing in Malaysia in November.
I’d be fucked. I cannot wait that long. I’ve already missed Take The Lead.

Klang is seriously changing fast and I love it.
In case you Klgnians haven’t heard of Centro.
This is the article of it from The Star.

Also in Port Klang, the first shopping mall, I think?
Harbour Place looks damn good and sounds pretty hot for Klang.
Too bad the website doesn’t say when it’s expected to complete.
I’m guessing the end of this year or the beginning of next.

Other than that, there’s the Bukit Tinggi Mall and the new Jusco in Bukit Tinggi.

Environment Affects

Saturday, August 12th, 2006

Doesn’t it?
It affects everything thus everything have an effect.

Like people. People change when the people around them change.
Girls are usually in a group. Soul sisters, bestfriends, etc.
When this certain person who is the most popular
among the group changes into a certain style,
almost the whole group follows.
Something like the Bee Queen and her bees thing.

It’s funny cause I’m seeing it on alot of people.
Then there shouldn’t be anything like “I hate wannabes” or “I hate copycats”.
Cause practically everybody is trying or is everybody.

Am I even making sense?
Shit. This is bloody random again.

Remember the incomplete crew I was whining about?
Well I got myself a new member.
Her name is Jamie Tong.
She has a firm background.
Did ballet, belly dancing and modern dance.
Hopefully she’d be as commited as I am.
I hope the whole crew will.

So far we have already 4 members including myself.
Shirlyn, Janus, Jamie & I.
We need another guy to total up to 5.
Jamie suggested to start practising during the coming holidays.

Right. That’ll be settled soon.
Now it’s time for a name.
I’ll Sundae‘ll figure out something soon.

Is it normal for a 2 month old puppy to bite and chew stuffs?
Is it okay to hit its head when it does?

The Bitch.

Friday, August 11th, 2006

Yes. We have a new bitch.

She’s the new baby in the family.
Tommy plays fetch with her.
Mom thinks she must only drink boiled water.
Xin teaches her ABC.
I just blog about her.

She’s damn cute. Reminds me of sheep.
Damn smart also.
Knows to shit and pee in the toilet, sometimes.

Sundae says it’ll die in 2 days in our hands.
It’s already been 3 and it’s still alive. Ngek.

Presents.

Friday, August 11th, 2006

Can somebody borrow me RM 560?

So that I can buy a new 1GB IPod Nano?
It’s only RM550 and the extra RM10 is for the air postage, cause I don’t wanna wait until 5 September for it.

Or you can buy for me this particular camera.

Sighhh.

My birthday was great. I had 3 cakes.
Nuff’said.
